This session is recommended 7-20 days after birth ( please schedule in advance). Add a maternity mini-session for $150

FAQ:
How far in advance should we book?
For your choice of dates and/or weekend sessions please plan to book at least 1-2 months in advance. However, last-minute appointments are sometimes available. Maria always tries to leave room in her schedule for a surprise newborn session, but please schedule in advance if possible.
What should we wear to our session?
DON’T sweat it! Once your session is scheduled, Maria will send you plenty of what-to-wear suggestions and will help to make the process easy.
How do we choose a location?
Maria has numerous favorite spots around Bay Area! If you have a style preference, please let Maria know the style of pictures you like (whether urban, nature, rustic). Maria will come up with the perfect spot with the best lighting and background for your portraits.
Do you offer digital files?
Absolutely! All of Maria’s collections include the digital files.
How long until we see the photos?
Maria takes the time to fully edit each individual image, so editing time ranges from 2-3 weeks.
When should I schedule my newborn session?
The best time to photograph a newborn is between 5-15 days old. Baby is sleepy and easy to work with. Even a few days can make a huge difference in the baby’s alertness. We will set a tentative date BEFORE the baby arrives if at all possible, then we will confirm or adjust the date once baby arrives!
What is the best time to do maternity pictures?
Between 29-35 weeks if possible, aiming for around week 31-32 of pregnancy.
